Thanks for supporting this community event that raises much needed funds for our local health services, including our hospital, Castlemaine Health. 2011 was another great year with over 250 entrants even tho' it was the day after the AFL Grand Final.

While it is great to have the keen competitors, it was also good to see others just having a go or sharing the experience with a child. We want to continue to promote this event as fun family time and a time to reflect on your health. We look forward to your continued support.

Run the Maine will open soon for 2012, with online registration and payment facilities.

Prices on the day will be $30 Single, $20 concession, with earlybird prices of $25 & $15.

We're calling a "child" anyone 10 years old or younger.

Any children may run free and not be timed; however, if they wish to be timed (which this year means wearing a timing band) then they must pay a $5 entry fee.
